Nicole Rushing-Singleton

Nicole Rushing-Singleton has a diverse work experience that spans over 25 years in the financial services industry. Nicole started their career as a Mortgage Service Representative at Credit Union One in 1996 and progressed to roles such as Mortgage Closer at Huntington Mortgage Company and Shore Mortgage. Nicole then served as an Escrow Officer at Fidelity Residential Solutions before becoming an Escrow Supervisor at Title Source. In 2011, they joined TD Auto Finance, where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Coach and Quality Control Team Lead, Associate Vice President. Prior to their current position, Nicole worked as a Senior Lending/Compliance Specialist at Doeren Mayhew. Currently, they serve as the Chief Compliance Officer at Sterling Bank & Trust, FSB, where they previously held roles such as Vice President, Assistant Compliance Officer, Assistant Vice President/Assistant Compliance Officer, and Senior Compliance Analyst. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in compliance management, risk assessment, lending operations, and internal audit functions.

Nicole Rushing-Singleton earned an Associates Degree in General Studies from Macomb Community College from 2001 to 2004. Nicole furthered their education at Oakland University from 2005 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in General Management.
