Michael Nadler

Michael Nadler has been in the insurance industry since 1987, starting as a Medical Underwriter at Combined Insurance Canada. He later worked as a Group Sales Executive at Cigna before founding The Benefit Source in 1994, where he currently serves as President. In 2022, he became the Managing Director at Sterling Capital Brokers Ltd., overseeing the design, sourcing, administration, and management of benefit plans for companies of all sizes, as well as offering individual insurance and investment products. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Western University.
