Kavita Nair

Kavita Nair has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kavita started their career in 2003 as a Business Development Officer at Imercius Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In 2004, they joined 3 Global Services as a Sr. Customer Service Associate. Later that year, they moved to WNS Global Services, where they held various roles, including Customer Service Associate, Team Leader - Operations, Process Trainer, Senior Trainer, Deputy Manager - Training & Development, and Group Manager - Training & Development. Kavita worked at WNS Global Services until 2017. In the same year, they joined Sterling as a Senior Manager Organization Development HR, and later became Associate Vice President - L&OD APAC, People & Culture.
