Krista Williams

Krista Williams has extensive experience in talent acquisition and talent management. Krista currently holds the role of Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at Sterling, where they lead the global talent acquisition function and team. In this role, they are responsible for hiring colleagues who support over 95 million background checks annually for more than 50,000 clients, including over 50% of the Fortune 100.

Krista also has experience in talent acquisition at Swarovski and Seven Step RPO, where they managed recruiting efforts for multiple Fortune 100 clients and led teams in client relationships and performance management.

Additionally, Krista has worked at CVS Health as a Senior Advisor and Senior Recruiting Analyst, overseeing talent acquisition governance, systems, and reporting. Krista also has experience in full life cycle recruitment for brands like J. Jill and The Talbots.

Krista began their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Honeywell, where they facilitated hiring efforts and managed employee relations.

Krista Williams holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Providence College. Krista has additional certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, which they obtained in June 2006.
