Nidhi Badaya

Nidhi Badaya's work experience includes a role as Global Head of FP&A, Pricing, Data & Business Intelligence at Sterling, where they partnered with the CFO and C-suite on strategic transformation and transaction-related initiatives. Nidhi also served as VP, Head of Strategic Initiatives at Sterling. Nidhi was on the Board of Directors at Fama Technologies Inc. and worked at WeWork in the field of Strategy and Operations, Global Pricing and Revenue Optimization. Nidhi held positions at Microsoft as Chief of Staff to the Vice President and as an Enterprise Account Executive. Nidhi's experience also includes serving as a Teaching Associate at Harvard Kennedy School in the field of Negotiation Analysis and Negotiating Across Differences. Nidhi worked as a Senior Consultant-Advisory at EY, where they led various projects in New Business Unit development, Operating Model Design and Execution, Growth Strategy and Operations, Supply Chain Optimization, and Rapid Cost Reduction.

Nidhi Badaya completed their education at various prestigious institutions. Nidhi earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they were a Dean's Fellowship recipient. Nidhi also attained a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management from the University of Warwick. In addition to their degrees, Nidhi Badaya has obtained several certifications in areas such as negotiation, selling, and business accounting from institutions like Microsoft, Harvard Kennedy School, and CIMA.
