Rashmi Jadhav

Rashmi Jadhav currently serves as a Sr Project Manager - APAC at Sterling Talent Solutions, a role held since May 2016, where the focus is on enhancing background screening and onboarding processes for employers globally. Previously, Rashmi worked as a Client Success Partner at Sterling, leveraging technology to improve organizational environments. Rashmi also gained experience as a Team Leader at Fidelity National Information Services from April 2012 to April 2016 and at 3Global Services from October 2005 to April 2012. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, earned between 1999 and 2003.
