Sara Arnone

Sara Arnone is the Head of Business Operations & Chief of Staff to the President & COO, responsible for driving strategic execution across Client Success, Sales, Technology, and Product as well as running key major initiatives for the COO. She joined Sterling in 2019 as the Chief of Staff to the President, bringing extensive project management, operations, and finance experience to the role. Prior to Sterling, Sara spent five years at The Boeing Company, holding several leadership positions across Real Estate, Strategic Planning, and Human Resources. Sara received her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University in Accounting & Finance, postgrad in Globalization from the University College London, and MBA from Seattle University.
