Felicia Wiggin

Felicia Wiggin has extensive experience in the compliance field, having held various roles in multiple companies. Felicia started their career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where they spent over 20 years in operations management roles. After that, they worked at the College of Saint Elizabeth as an Adjunct Professor. Felicia then joined ABN Amro Bank NV, where they coordinated the bank's response to a Federal Reserve enforcement action for BSA/AML issues. Felicia later joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as the Head of Regulatory Relations. Felicia then moved to CIT Group Inc., where they served as the Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for developing and implementing the regulatory compliance program. Felicia then joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Regulatory Operations Manager and later as a Compliance Director, focusing on corporate functions compliance. In 2018, Felicia joined Sterling National Bank as the Chief Compliance Officer, leading a team of compliance professionals responsible for commercial and consumer regulatory compliance. Felicia is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Webster Bank.

Felicia Wiggin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Manhattan College. Felicia then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General at Fordham Gabelli School of Business, and completed their studies in 1989. Felicia further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association in June 2017. In March 2020, they completed a course titled "Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up" offered by LinkedIn. Most recently, in May 2021, Felicia obtained a certification in "Learning Bitcoin and Other Cryptocurrencies" also from LinkedIn.
