James P. Blose

James P. (Jim) Blose currently serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Sterling National Bank and Sterling Bancorp since June 2015. He was appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Hudson Valley Holding Corp. and Hudson Valley Bank in October 2013. Prior to joining Hudson Valley Bank, Mr. Blose served as a partner with the law firm of Griffin, Coogan, Blose, Sulzer & Horgan, P.C., located in Bronxville, New York, since December 2003.
