K. James Dittbrenner

K. James Dittbrenner has extensive experience in the banking and property management fields. K. James is currently working at Webster Bank as a Senior Vice President & Senior Managing Director in Community Development Lending and Investment. Prior to this, they held similar roles at Sterling National Bank, where they worked from 2016 to the present. Before joining Sterling National Bank, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rondout Property Management from 2015 to 2016. K. James also worked as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Devon Management Company from 2009 to 2015, overseeing the management of over 1,300 affordable rental units. Furthermore, they held various roles at TD Bank, KeyBank, Chase, M&T Bank, and Bank of America earlier in their career.

K. James Dittbrenner completed their education in a disciplined and systematic manner. From 1983 to 1985, they attended SUNY Orange where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Following this, from 1991 to 1999, Dittbrenner pursued further education at Mount Saint Mary College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their area of specialization during this program was Business Administration and Management, focusing on general aspects of the field.
