Liliana Dibua

Liliana DiBua has a long and diverse work experience. Liliana is currently serving as the Senior Managing Director of BaaS Partnerships at Webster Bank since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Sterling National Bank from 2020. Starting in 2017, they also served as the Vice President of Optimization Director-Consumer Banking at Sterling National Bank.

Before joining Sterling National Bank, Liliana held various positions at Astoria Bank starting from 1993. Liliana served as the Vice President of Retail Banking Administration from 2012 to 2020, where they were responsible for directing strategic projects and overseeing customer experience programs.
