Tiffney began their career in 1999 at Hudson Valley Bank, where they held multiple roles including Core System Analyst and Assistant Branch Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, overseeing staff training, cross-selling bank products, and ensuring operational procedures were followed. In 2014, Tiffney joined Sterling National Bank as Vice President, Technology R&D Analyst, and later became Vice President, Implementations Manager.
