Narender Dhamu

Narender Dhamu has a diverse work experience in the administrative and HR field. Narender started their career in 2014 as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Four Points by Sheraton, where they eventually became the Administrative Incharge. In this role, they managed the housekeeping operation and budget.

In 2015, Narender joined Xclusive Hotel Apartments as an Administration Incharge. Here, they were responsible for managing administration operations and budget, as well as ensuring smooth functioning through system implementation.

In 2016, Narender moved to O.P. Jindal Global University as a Facility & Admin Executive. Narender assisted the Facility Manager in handling a large team of associates and supervisors, creating duty rosters, and managing leave planning. Narender held this position until 2018.

Currently, Narender is working at Sterlite Power as an Assistant Manager in Administration and HR. In this role, they support the Operation Manager in day-to-day processes, promotes a positive company culture, and ensures the implementation and periodic review of standard operating procedures.

Narender Dhamu's education history is as follows:

- From 2020 to 2022, Narender Dhamu attended Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM).

- From 2002 to 2005, Narender Dhamu graduated from MDU Rohtak with a degree in Art/Art Studies, General.

- In 2007 and 2008, Narender Dhamu attended Ram Institute of Hotel Management Dehradun and obtained a Hospitality Diploma, focusing on Hotel Management.

- In 2004 and 2005, Narender Dhamu studied at Bal Bhawan Institute of Computer Science and received a Diploma in Computer Science.
