Francesco Manduca

Francesco Manduca has a diverse range of work experience. Francesco started their career as a process engineer at Collaboration in 2004. Later, they joined Colgate Palmolive and held various roles such as operation manager, senior technical associate, and operations team manager. In these positions, they managed teams, implemented continuous improvement processes, and reviewed quality and administrative tasks. In 2016, they became the plant director at Stevanato Group, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations Americas Region at Stevanato Group, where they manage operations strategy, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities.
