David Belanger

David Belanger is a highly experienced professional in the fields of mathematics and computer science, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at Stevens Institute of Technology since June 2012. Prior to this, David held prominent roles at AT&T, including Chief Scientist and Vice President of Information, Software & Systems Research, with earlier positions at AT&T Bell Labs and Bell Telephone Labs that focused on software engineering research. David's academic career includes a tenure as an Assistant/Associate Professor at the University of South Alabama and founding Gulf Coast Data Systems. David earned a PhD in Mathematics from Case Western Reserve University, along with an M.S. from Case Institute of Technology and a B.S. from Union College.
