They work to ensure that the bank attracts, retains, and motivates top talent to drive the organization’s strategic initiatives, especially in the context of its technology-driven, mass retail banking focus. The team also ensures compliance with labor laws and fosters a positive corporate culture that aligns with the bank's mission to revolutionize banking in Zimbabwe.
