Jean Weightman

Jean Weightman has over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management. Jean currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at STGi, where they provide healthcare, training, and grants management support services. Previously, Jean has held positions at AIS, Constellis, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SkyePoint Decisions, WBB, NEW Customer Service Companies, True North Solutions, and Sapphire Technologies, where they have managed various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment. Jean has a strong background in strategic planning, global hiring, and developing recruiting strategies for diverse teams and industries.

Jean Weightman attended Penn State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
