Ineke Hurkmans

Ineke Hurkmans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, social impact, and personal leadership. As the founder of Jump Movement Academy and Jump Movement, Ineke has designed numerous programs that enhance personal growth and facilitate change processes across 14 countries, positively impacting over 600,000 participants. Currently serving as the initiator of Burst your Bubble 040, Ineke focuses on sustainable inclusion and participation. Additional leadership roles include founding de Banenfabriek and presiding as chair of the Stichting OpenDoor supervisory board. Ineke has also contributed as a moderator for VPRO Tegenlicht Meetup040 and as a presenter for TechMatters.today, emphasizing the relevance of technology in daily life. Previously, Ineke co-founded IamNL, which supports status holders in transitioning to the Dutch labor market.
