Federico Olivieri has a varied work experience, beginning in 2010 when they worked as a Cashier at a Tobacconist shop in Via San Mamolo 31/F. In 2012, they volunteered at L'Altra Babele. From 2015 to 2016, they held various roles including Research Intern at SEI - Stockholm Environment Institute, Journalism Intern at Catalytic Communities, and Operations Assistant at BLOOMY DAYS GmbH. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Chef De Partie for various employers, and currently works as a Customer Support Agent at Sticker Mule.

Federico Olivieri completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2010 and 2014. In 2013, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wroclaw. From 2014 to 2016, they completed a Master of Arts - MA in International/Global Studies from The University of Freiburg, as well as a Master of Arts - MA in International/Global Studies from Chulalongkorn University in 2015 and a Master of Arts - MA in International/Global Studies from FLACSO Argentina in 2014.
