Miriam Barnitz

Miriam Barnitz is a marketing and communications professional currently working at Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin as part of the BERLIN GLOBAL team since November 2023. Previously, Barnitz served as the press, communication, and marketing officer at Liebermann-Villa Am Wannsee from November 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing PR strategies, overseeing the museum's online presence, and coordinating events and marketing initiatives. Barnitz's experience also encompasses a scientific volunteer role in the communication department at Deutsches Historisches Museum from February 2019 to November 2020, and various curatorial assistant positions at Künstlerhaus Bethanien focusing on significant exhibitions between January 2014 and September 2018. Barnitz holds a Master of Arts in Art History from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of Bonn.
