Michael J. Miller is responsible for the oversight of multiple tenant improvement projects across Florida. In addition, Mr. Miller is responsible for the allocation of resources to ensure maximum economic return to the company, owners, and investors.

Mr. Miller assigns, directs, coordinates, and analyzes the work of all project managers. The position requires the direct supervision of multiple managers and administrative staff. Supervision entails the planning, assignment, direction, and evaluation of work assignments, product and quality. Mr. Miller oversees all aspects of tenant improvement projects such as architecture, construction, permitting, space planning, budgeting, estimating and move coordination.

Mr. Miller assigns and coordinates activities as it relates to the management of staff, projects and procedures. He participates in the conceptual development of a tenant improvement project and oversee the organization, critical path management, and implementation for tenant improvements, and alterations of commercial interior and exterior common area projects.

Mr. Miller has more than 30 years of experience in architectural and interior design and construction management. Prior to joining Stiles, Mr. Miller served as a Senior Vice President, for Florida's Interior Contracting Organization. In this role, he was responsible for the sales, marketing and construction of over 3,500,000 square feet of commercial office space for national and regional developers such as Trammell Crow, Tishman Speyer, Lincoln Properties and The Landmark Group.

Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science from the Kent State University Bettie Institute of Architectural Technology.
