Deep hands on experience in strategy function (strategy planning as well as strategy execution) – both in industry as well as tier-1 management consulting firm. Currently leading strategy function (global role) of a publically listed tech-manufacturing Indian company with an additional responsibility of chief of staff for the managing director of the company. As part of strategy leader responsibility, handled corporate strategy, business unit strategy, new business incubation, alliance strategy, M&A priorities and key account management roles. Drive crucial topics for implementation of the defined strategic roadmap – key account management, funnel building, capital allocation.

As Chief of Staff – drive special projects for the MD, ensure prioritization and focus on top group priorities, manage key stakeholder communication (internal and external), ensure coordination among the ExCo team and drive collaboration. Key expertise include – shaping organization’s growth agenda, aligning operating model (sales, supply chain, delivery) with strategy while working with business segment leaders, facilitating execution of strategy at ground level and measuring it with right set of KPIs over a period of time.
