Louise W. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Louise started their career as an HR Assistant at Stoke-on-Trent City Council in 2004 and later became an HR Officer until 2007. Louise then joined Keele University as an HR Advisor, where they provided support to various staff groups and collaborated with local NHS Trusts and CCGs. In 2017, Louise became an HR Business Partner at Vocare Group, where they managed strategic projects, including GDPR compliance and workforce equality reporting. Louise then moved on to Strategi Solutions Group Limited as the Head of HR Services, where they provided tailored HR solutions and supported various business areas. Currently, Louise holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Stoke on Trent College, leading and managing the HR department and overseeing the implementation of HR plans and delivery of service standards.

Louise W. has a diverse education history, starting with their most recent educational attainment. In 2021, they obtained an ILM Level 5 in Effective Coaching & Mentoring from ILM.
