Shani Mor began their career in 2015 as a Recruitment Coordinator at Elbit Systems Ltd. In 2017, they moved to StartApp as a Customer Success Manager. In 2018, they joined Booking.com as an Account Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Stoke Talent (which was acquired by Fiverr) as a Customer Success Manager.

Shani Mor obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Sociology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2011 and 2014.
