Kayode Josiah has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kayode currently works as the E-Commerce/Digital Leader for the Stoli® Group, where they focus on developing new digital business models and executing brand strategies. Prior to that, they served as a Board Advisor for Wonderful Recruitment & Development. In 2019, Kayode was an Investor at COCOON and a Business Development Consultant at DAD. Kayode also worked at the Financial Times, holding positions such as Global Director of Commercial Development, Head of Global Commercial Development for Video & Audio, and Business Development Manager for various platforms. Additionally, Kayode has experience as a Business Development Consultant for Feastly, a Co-Founder of Cul-Cha Kombucha, a Digital Sales Manager at Penguin Books, and a Co-Founder of A&B Promotions, an events management company. Kayode was also part of the Windsor Fellowship as a Windsor Fellow.

Kayode Josiah attended Queen Mary University of London from 2002 to 2005. Kayode pursued a degree in English Literature and successfully completed their studies, graduating with a 2:1 classification.
