Michael Rubke has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michael started their career as an Assistant Controller at Pure Beauty, Inc., a beauty lifestyle retailer, and later worked as a Controller for Tom Ford's menswear business. Michael then became a Financial Management Consultant, providing financial management solutions to small to mid-sized businesses. From 2007 to 2013, Rubke joined Mastro's Restaurants, LLC, starting as a Controller and later becoming the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance. After Mastro's, they worked as an Independent Financial Advisor before taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Saddle Ranch Chop House. Rubke then moved on to become the CFO and COO at Clifton's Republic & The Edison, a historical establishment in Downtown Los Angeles. Michael served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bottega Louie Restaurant, Gourmet Market & Patisserie and Vice President of Finance at BHIC, LLC before landing their current position as the Chief Financial Officer at STONEFIRE Grill.
Michael Rubke attended Providence High School from 1995 to 1999. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, graduating in 2004.
