Youjeong Huh

Youjeong Huh currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Stonehill College since August 2022. Previous experience includes an internship with the United Nations OCHA where Youjeong supported the evaluation of the People Strategy, analyzed staff survey data, and prepared reports and meeting minutes. As a Research Associate at OutMatch HCM, Youjeong conducted validation studies and developed assessment scales. Additional roles include serving as an Official Korean Language Tutor at the University of Michigan and interning at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, receiving a Certificate of Appreciation for exemplary support. Youjeong holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from The University of Alabama, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University at Albany, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
