Ed Wall

Mr. Wall serves as an Associate on the Development team for Stonemont Financial Group. Ed joined Stonemont in April 2021 after gaining valuable acquisition and development experience at IDI Logistics earlier in his career.

Mr. Wall has taken on a variety of different roles and responsibilities during his tenure at Stonemont. He has been involved in Projects with the acquisitions, development, Regions, and originations teams. Ed is primarily focused on Stonemeont’s speculative industrial development in the Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic including underwriting, market research, reviewing due diligence items, compiling and delivering development documents for lenders and investors, and creating offering memorandums for debt, equity, and preferred equity. Since joining Stonemont, Mr. Wall has taken on more responsibilities and started working with brokerage shops to source opportunities in the regions mentioned above.

Mr. Wall graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business in 2018.
