Nick Spencer

Nick Spencer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Stonepeak since March 2023, specializing in investor relations. Previously, Nick held the position of Managing Director at Arjun Infrastructure Partners from September 2019 to February 2023, also focusing on investor relations. From June 2010 to September 2019, Nick worked as a Principal at Campbell Lutyens, managing relationships with institutional investors and advising private equity and infrastructure fund managers on various transactions. Earlier, Nick was an Executive in Energy & Environmental Infrastructure Advisory at Ernst & Young from January 2006 to June 2010, concentrating on renewable energy transactions, following completion of EY's corporate finance graduate program. Nick's early career included roles as a Business Change Analyst Intern at Accenture and as part of KPMG UK's Financial Services Assurance team. Nick holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 2001 and 2005, and completed high school at Ashville College, Harrogate from 1995 to 2001.
