Michael Rieke has extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Michael began their career in 1993 as a Human Resources Administrator at Busche Unternehmensgruppe before joining Stora Enso in 1995. At Stora Enso, Michael held various positions, including Deputy Manager of Human Resources, Manager of HR Development, Manager of Shared Services HR Germany, Project Manager for HR Transformation & Master Data, Team Lead of the Process Development Team for Human Resources, and Service Manager of Human Resources. Michael then progressed to become a Director, leading the Integration Services department, the SCM, Logistics & Integration department, and the DevOps department. Their responsibilities throughout their career included process development, application management, project management, training, and HR administration. Michael's expertise lies in DevOps, integration services, HR applications, and process development within the field of human resources.
Michael Rieke attended Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium Dortmund from 1975 to 1984, where they obtained a General qualification for university entrance. Following that, they attended Ruhr University Bochum from 1985 to 1989, without completing a specific degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. Later, they enrolled at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Dortmund from 1990 to 1993, earning a Vocational Education in Industrial Business Management Assistant. Lastly, Michael Rieke pursued an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Dortmund between 1995 and 1997.
