Gareth Cuddy has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. In 2020, they became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at StoreAutomator. In 2019, they were the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Storyhub, where they drove customer loyalty for D2C brands. In 2021, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors at Blooksy. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Vice President, Global Channel Partners and VP, Global Resellers at John Wiley & Sons. From 2009 to 2017, they were the Founder, CEO & Head of Sales at Vearsa, Europe's largest eBook company. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Managing Director at McCarthy’s Hospitality Ltd, where they led operations and a $10m+ P&L for four properties. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Sales Director at ETOO Ltd, where they were responsible for turning around the underperforming sales department. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Founder, Managing Director of SimpleTimeshare.com, a unique marketplace for "second-hand" timeshares.

Gareth Cuddy completed a Leadership for Growth Executive Education program at Cambridge Judge Business School from 2012 to 2013. Gareth then obtained a Post Graduate qualification in Education from University College Cork from 2008 to 2009. Before that, they earned a 2.1 in English Literature & Gareth'story from University College Cork from 2006 to 2008.
