Erin Carlstead

Erin Carlstead has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Assistant Producer at Organic, Inc. in 2006. In 2007, they moved to Questroyal Fine Art as an Image Coordinator/Admin, where they were responsible for web content management, drafting appraisals and invoices, and coordinating marketing materials. In 2010, they became a Chihuly Glass Museum Assistant at The Morean Arts Center, followed by an Analytics Specialist role at Tap Influence in 2011. In 2013, they were hired as a Director of Customer Relations at InvitedHome, where they structured, hired, trained and led a team of 11 inbound sales and service professionals. In 2016, they were appointed Vice President of Sales and Client Services at Quintess Collection, where they increased conversion rates by 6%, led the sales team through a Chapter 11 restructure bankruptcy, exceeded monthly sales goals two months in a row, and restructured the existing team to reduce costs. In 2021, they joined Centivo as Director of Member Care for the Mountain West region, and in 2022, they were appointed Head of Member Operations at Stork Club Family-Building Benefits.

Erin Carlstead attended the University of Florida from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Journalism degree with a focus in Photography and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism.
