Juliana Wexler has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Juliana began their career as a Public Health Advocate at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2010. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Healthcare Reporter and Healthcare Analyst at BioPharm Insight. Juliana then moved to The Dedham Group, where they served as a Senior Analyst, Consultant, and Senior Consultant from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they became the Director of Operations at LifeCo, Inc. and in 2019, they were appointed Head of Provider Engagement at Bright Health. In 2021, they founded Parama, a consulting firm that helps individuals and companies navigate negotiations, difficult conversations, and transitions. Finally, in 2022, they became the Head of Operations at Eldera, a health tech company. In 2023, Juliana Wexler assumed the role of Director of Service Operations at Stork Club.

Juliana Wexler completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in an Individual Concentration Program focusing on Healthcare and Health Disparities from the University of Michigan in 2010. Juliana then went on to complete their Master of Policy Management in Health Policy from Georgetown University in 2021.
