Morten Krarup

Morten Krarup currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at STØTEK A/S, overseeing operations in Denmark, the United States, and China since September 2022. Previously, Morten held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Danfoss Climate Solutions - HHE, managing operations across multiple countries including Denmark, Poland, Romania, Italy, and India from April 2018 to September 2022. Morten also served as Director of Operations for Danfoss Power Solutions in Poland, where the focus was on profit and loss management in manufacturing plants, and as Director of Manufacturing in Denmark. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Aftersales and Service at Martin Professional Inc in the USA, where responsibilities included aftersales, service, and supply chain management in North and South America. Morten's career began as Human Resource Manager at Martin Professional A/S, with HR oversight in Denmark and the UK. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Aalborg University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Academy of Management in Aarhus, and board member education through the Danish Employers' Association.
