Matt Gazdziak

Matt Gazdziak, P.E. is a Civil Engineer at Strand Associates, Inc.® since July 2015, with expertise in transportation and structural planning and design, serving in Project Manager and Project Engineer roles on various projects for IDOT, Illinois Tollway, and local municipalities. Prior experience includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Advanced Construction Technology, where research on advanced construction technologies was conducted, and as a Transportation Engineering Intern at HR Green, Inc., focusing on roadway design plans and construction management. Matt also contributed to Engineers Without Borders on a water tower project in rural El Salvador and has held positions that developed skills in maintenance and customer service. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa, completed in 2015.
