Rachna Panghal

Rachna Panghal has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research and teaching. Rachna started their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator Trainee at Batra Hospital & Medical Research Centre (BHMRC) in 2019, where they gained hands-on experience in patient recruitment, retention, and SAE reporting.

In 2021, Rachna joined DIT University as an Assistant Professor, where they taught and guided students in the field of clinical research until 2022.

From 2022 to 2022, they worked at SkyCraper Clinical Research Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating global studies, performing QC auditing, and handling site startup activities.

Currently, Rachna is a Clinical Research Associate II at Strand Life Sciences, starting in 2023.

Rachna Panghal began their education in 2015 at Maharshi Dayanand University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences. Rachna successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2018. Afterward, from 2018 to 2020, Rachna attended Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, where they obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Research and Experimental Medicine. Currently, in 2021, they are enrolled at the Institute of Clinical Research India Dehradun, working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Clinical Research. The completion date for their PhD has not been provided.
