Zoe Plasencia

Zoe Plasencia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Zoe began their career in 1988 as an Analyst de sistemas at COMITE ESTATAL DE FINANZAS (CUBA). Zoe then worked as an IT Developer at IBM Argentina from 1998 to 2003, followed by a role as an IT Developer at Visa Argentina from 2003 to 2008.

In 2008, Zoe joined IBM Global Services as an IT Project Manager, where they interviewed new candidates, evaluated team performance, and participated in board meetings with clients. Zoe transitioned to the role of Technical Leader from 2009 to 2011.

Next, Zoe joined Globant as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they collaborated with the staffing team to provide appropriate human resources, interviewed candidates, and evaluated team members' performance.

From 2012 to 2015, Zoe worked as a Consultant at MediaTrax, LLC. Zoe'sresponsibilities included building and maintaining JAVA back office processes, developing web services, and compiling data daily using Java in three-tier architecture applications.

Most recently, Zoe worked at Strands as the Head of Support & Operations Americas from 2018. Zoe'sprevious role at Strands was a Project Manager from 2014 to 2018.

Zoe Plasencia obtained a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Systems Engineering from CUJAE from 1983 to 1989. Zoe also holds a certification in English fluency from Duolingo, estimated to be obtained in 2016.
