Tracy Madison has over 20 years of combined experience working with numerous Municipal, Corporate, Higher Education, Governmental, Non- Profit and Religious Organizations in the areas Human Resources and Talent Development strategies. An energetic and enthusiastic public speaker, Tracy began her career in the media experiencing television, radio, and print media. Tracy managed Human Resources and Organizational Development functions for the #1 Retailer in the World and 2nd largest employer in the United States (Wal-mart Corporation), Motel 6, and the City of Dallas.
Many of the organizational programs she has created are “award winning.” She holds a Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and Certifications in Public Management, Mentoring, Mediation, and various behavioral assessment tools (MBTI, DISC, CliftonStrengths®, etc.). Her article “Balancing People and Production” can be found in “Executive Excellence” magazine and in the ADL Associates published handbook “Back to Basics: Tried and True Solutions for Today’s Leaders”. She has also contributed to the employee handbook “Employee Commitment: If you Build It, Results Will Come” with her writing on valuing differences “Developing a Diversity Mind-Set” (ADL Associates, 2003).
Tracy is an Adjunct Professor with the University of Phoenix, ground campuses and online, located in Dallas, Texas where she teaches presentation skills, business communication, and humanities courses.
