Tami Peterson

Tami Peterson, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Tami is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources at Strategus, a position they have held since April 2022. Previously, they worked at RE/MAX for 13 years, starting as an Account Executive at ACT-1 Personnel Services in November 2001, before joining RE/MAX International, Inc. in August 2003 as a Staffing/HR Coordinator. Throughout their time at RE/MAX, Tami held various roles, including Benefits Supervisor, HR Specialist, Manager of Benefits and Administration, Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources Manager, and, most recently, Executive Director of Human Resources. Tami's experience spans across recruitment, benefits administration, and HR management.

Tami Peterson, SPHR, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they attended from 1994 to 1999. In March 2019, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
