Monika Pant

Monika Pant has a diverse and extensive background in human resources. Monika is currently serving as the Head of HR at StrategyWerks since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Manager at the same company from July 2021. Monika served as the HR Head at Securium Solutions Private Limited from November 2020 until July 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Creando Associates Pvt. Ltd. from August 2019 to November 2020. Monika also gained valuable experience as an HR Executive at Uncease Automation Pvt Ltd from May 2017 to July 2019 and as an HR Recruiter at HireMan Consulting from January 2016 to May 2017.

Monika Pant completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2010 to 2013. Monika then pursued their MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2013 to 2015.
