Erin Phillips, CFRE, has a diverse work history in various nonprofit organizations and academic institutions. Erin began their career in 2005 as a Theater Administration Intern at Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts. From there, they worked as an Events Coordinator at Central Penn Business Journal before moving to American University, where they held roles as a Conferences and Events Coordinator and later as a Facilities and Events Coordinator at the Kogod School of Business. In 2012, they worked as a Development Intern at Sitar Arts Center. Phillips then joined Strathmore Hall Foundation, Inc., where they initially served as the Manager of Donor Engagement before being promoted to the role of Director of Donor Engagement in 2018. Overall, Phillips has gained extensive experience in donor engagement, event coordination, and facilities management throughout their career.
Erin Phillips, CFRE holds a Master's degree in Arts Management from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Erin has also obtained the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International in October 2021.
