Kady Chambers has a diverse range of work experience in the event management industry. Kady started their career as a Marketing Intern at The Broadway League and later worked as an Assistant to the Marketing Director at Point Park University. Kady then interned at Splinter Group Productions, assisting with marketing and event coordination. Kady also served as a Company Management Intern at The Gateway Playhouse, where they handled administrative tasks and assisted with facilities and event organization. Kady further gained experience as a Front of House Staff at Pittsburgh Public Theater. Kady's roles at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts included coordinating touring productions and overseeing Stagehands. Kady then joined Broadway Across America as a Special Events Manager before becoming the Director of Booking, responsible for negotiating and coordinating all venue rentals. Kady also worked as a Convention Services Manager at the Baltimore Convention Center, where they advanced event details with clients and ensured the facility was prepared for their arrival. Currently, they are the Director of Venue Rentals and Operations at Strathmore Hall Foundation, Inc., handling daily operations, management, and rentals for multiple venues and grounds. Throughout their career, Kady has demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Kady Chambers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport, Arts, and Entertainment Management from Point Park University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Kady also obtained certifications in Neuroscience of Exhibitions & Events from Madison Area Technical College in 2020 and as a Certified Tourism Ambassador in 2019.
