They have also held positions such as head of global customer experience, director of customer experience analytics, and director of digital product management. In addition to their work experience, the team has also completed degrees in information technology, computer science, and engineering from universities such as the University of Phoenix, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
