Kanv Yadav has a range of work experience in engineering roles. They started their career as an Engineering Intern at Autoneum Canada Ltd in 2014, where they updated plant drawings and optimized work instructions. In 2015, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, conducting root cause analysis and managing projects. They then moved on to General Motors in 2016, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on engine block improvements and defect analysis. In the same year, they also worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Arbutus Medical, designing surgical saw mechanisms. In 2017, they worked as a Manufacturing and Production Engineer at Seaspan ULC, designing machinery parts and implementing improvement ideas. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Dometic, first as a Product Design Engineer, where they used LabVIEW to automate tests and designed control boxes for prototypes, and then as a Mechatronics Test Engineer, where they modernized control system development methodologies and wrote MATLAB/Simulink scripts. Kanv's most recent work experience is as a Rapid Prototyping Engineer at Noze, starting in 2023.

Kanv Yadav began their education journey in 2013 at the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Kanv successfully completed their undergraduate degree in 2018. In 2021, Kanv continued their education at Western University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Robotics and Control.
