Lior Naydits

Lior Naydits has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lior is currently working at Strauss Water Ltd. as a Project Manager since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PluGo from 2019 to 2022, where they held the position of EV Charging Director & Connectivity Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for EV charging software and hardware, branding, business management, and providing support to end-users, parking lots, and real estate managers.

From 2016 to 2018, Lior worked at Hightower Property Management Corp as a Luxury Residential Tower Manager. Lior'sresponsibilities included construction guidance, acceptance and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems, and management of public areas.

Prior to this, Lior held the role of B Center Mall General Manager at Bonei Hatihon Ltd. from 2014 to 2015. In this position, they managed mall operations, budgeting, and coordination with tenants.

In 2013, Lior worked as an Industrial Areas Operation Manager at IEDC, where they managed business areas in Kfar Saba, including maintenance, safety, and knowledge management. Lior was also responsible for managing municipal real estates and acting as a point of contact between business owners and the municipality.

From 2011 to 2013, Lior worked at Better Place as a Global EV Grid Deployment Expert. Lior'sresponsibilities included the rollout, delivery, deployment, and maintenance of charge spots, as well as providing support and analyzing global charging events.

Lior has prior experience working at Motorola Mobile Devices as a Technical Account Manager from 2004 to 2011, at Accel Telecom Ltd. as a Technical Director from 2002 to 2004, at Celerica as a Cellular and Deployment Manager from 2001 to 2003, and at Cellcom IL as a 3G Terminals Engineer from 2000 to 2001 and as a Voice Quality Group Manager from 1996 to 2000.

Lior Naydits started their education journey in 1991 when they attended Amal B', where they pursued a Practical Engineer degree in Electronics and Computers. After completing their degree in 1993, Lior Naydits then went on to join New England College from 1996 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1998, Lior Naydits enrolled at HIT but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later in 2009, they attended Brayer Group for a short period, focusing on Branding, Career, and Networking.
