Job Summary: We are looking for a Group Product Manager, B2B Platform, to build and accelerate growth experiences. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth initiatives tailored to our B2B partners. This is a fast-paced but highly collaborative team that is tightly connected to the day-to-day success of our business.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Develop and enhance distinctive features and experiences that attract and retain B2B partners, delivering quantifiable outcomes.
  • Embrace rapid experimentation: form and validate data-driven hypotheses to accelerate growth in the B2B sector.
  • Innovate in ways to reach and engage new business audiences.
  • Capture and analyze insights from growth experiments, both successes and failures, and communicate them effectively to the broader team.
  • Translate B2B partner feedback into actionable product improvements and new features.

You will be successful here by:

  • Utilizing product analytics to understand how our B2B partners use our products and guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations.
  • Developing strategies based on data insights to drive growth and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Leading and developing product managers earlier in their careers, encouraging their growth and success.
  • Embracing an inclusive, collaborative environment that elevates a diverse set of voices and experiences.
  • Driving cross-functional teams and aligning them with hypothesis-driven experiments, vision, and roadmap.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have 6+ years of product management experience. A self-starter at heart.
  • You have 4+ years of growth or communications product experience in a B2B-focused organization.
  • You have a proven ability to lead teams and work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • You have a track record of developing junior product managers and fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • You’re capable of driving clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
  • You’re comfortable diving into ambiguous technical problems and working closely with engineering teams.
  • You have an ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally to various stakeholders.
  • You have great business judgment and ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to use data to advise decision-making and drive business outcomes.
