Marco Ulgelmo

Marco Ulgelmo has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Software Developer for Gruppo Euris Spa, where they were responsible for front-end and back-end development of web applications. In 2016, they worked as an IT Security Consultant for Spike Reply, performing activities such as infrastructural and web application penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and source code review. Marco also worked as a Senior IT Security Consultant for Kirey Group, where they focused on penetration test and secure code review activities for customers in the PCI-DSS and telecommunication segment. In 2018, they joined Quby as a Lead Security Engineer & CISO, coordinating team and company efforts in relation to security and driving the implementation and compliance for ISO 27001:2013. Marco also served as a member of Quby's Ondernemingsraad. In 2019, they started Ulgelmo Consulting Services, where they served as the Owner. Marco currently serves as the Head of Information Security for Stream.

Marco Ulgelmo is currently enrolled in the Computer Science program at Università degli Studi di Padova, which they started in 2010. Marco has also obtained several certifications, including Qualys Certified Specialist - Vulnerability Management from Qualys in November 2016, Certified Expert Penetration Tester from IACRB in October 2015, Ec-Council Certified Security Analyst from EC-Council in July 2015, Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council in May 2014, and Certified Penetration Tester from IACRB in May 2014.
