Ernesto Melo

Ernesto Melo has worked in various roles within the IT industry since 2015. Ernesto began their career as an NOC Engineer at C&W Business, where they were responsible for attending cases, requirements and Customer Care for top customers, as well as Quality and Integration Management for new incoming services. Ernesto also worked as an Ingeniero NOC/SOC at CPS Colombia, where they monitored and managed incidents for Data Center solutions and managed services. In 2019, they joined Streann Media as a Project Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they moved to Teleperformance as a Project & Demand Manager and currently holds the role of Senior Project Manager at Streann Media.

Ernesto Melo obtained their Electronics Engineer degree from Universidad Santo Tomás. In 2016, they began their Master in Project Management from both Universitat de Barcelona and OBS Business School, which they completed in 2018. Ernesto also has a variety of certifications, including RPA Business Analyst from Automation Anywhere (obtained in October 2021), ITIL 4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in August 2019), Scrum Fundamentals (CM-SFC) from CertMind (obtained in November 2019), Scrum Developer (CM-SDC) and Scrum Practitioner (CM-SPC) from CertMind (obtained in June 2020), Scrum Product Owner (CM-SPOC) from CertMind (obtained in January 2020), Scrum Master (CM-SMC) from CertMind (obtained in December 2019), and CCNA Routing and Switching from Cisco (obtained in December 2015).
