Michael B. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career at Rogers Media as a Retail Sales Specialist, where they sold mobility and cable products and managed customer accounts. Following this, they worked at Segal Immigration Law as a Legal Administrative Assistant, handling reception duties, client communication, and legal document preparation.

Michael then joined Aquadata as an Assistant Operation Coordinator, assisting with planning and executing field operations for a municipal water contractor. Michael reviewed assignment details, coordinated with team leads, and ensured targets were met. After that, they worked at Protiviti as a Project Manager, leading an anti-money laundering investigation project and overseeing a team of analysts and quality control specialists. Michael provided regular KPI reporting to directors and clients.

Michael's next role was at PSCU as a Client Services Officer, where they served as the first point of contact for customers of credit unions. Michael managed member accounts, handled disputes and fraud investigations, and collaborated with credit unions to reduce risk. Michael then worked at papaya – UI/UX Design Agency as a Web Marketing Specialist, contributing to business process enhancement, web marketing practices, and revenue growth. Michael developed a marketing website using WordPress and PHP, resulting in increased web traffic and consultation conversion rate.

Most recently, Michael joined Street Context as a Technical Support Analyst, where they deliver professional IT support for a FinTech SaaS company in the investment banking sector. Michael troubleshoots network issues, RESTful APIs, and client-specific integrations while ensuring high-quality service delivery and preventing user churn. Michael manages ZenDesk ticket workflows, administers backend systems, and provides accurate KPI/OKR reporting.

Michael B. completed their Diploma in Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Humber College from 2017 to 2018. After that, they obtained a Paralegal License from the Law Society of Ontario in January 2019. In 2022, they enrolled in Lighthouse Labs to pursue a Diploma of Education in Web Development. Michael is currently studying at Lighthouse Labs. Additionally, in 2022, they also started pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate at Humber College. In May 2018, they obtained the SmartServe certification from SmartServe®.
