Lauren Winter

A highly acclaimed architect with over 18 years of experience, Lauren Winter co-established edit lab at Streetsense in December 2012. She graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Master’s degree in Architecture, and is a licensed architect and LEED accredited professional. Having begun her restaurant career by helping to start the family bagel business at the age of 14 on Long Island, NY; Lauren has long pursued her passion for the industry, having a hand in opening over 70 restaurants and bars in Washington, DC with co-founder Brian Miller. Lauren is the Director of edit lab, located in Blagden Alley in Downtown DC. She owns and operates her own restaurant in Washington DC, Primrose.
